Globalization and Technology in Health Care

The key change that has to be implemented to improve the process and quality of health care is further reliance on globalization and technology. The rationale behind this proposal is that many organizations nowadays are trying their best to adhere to the increasing pace of innovation, and only a few succeed. According to Charlton and Rid (2019), a properly functioning healthcare organization has to cope with the upcoming issues through the interface of evaluating the concerns of all workers, stakeholders, and patients. This shows how the quality of care should be linked to contemporary solutions, with the obsolete methods and techniques being replaced by updated versions that are much more durable, all-inclusive, and coherent. Therefore, the capability of extending the knowledge base should remain at the forefront of possible improvement strategies together with digital innovations. All the necessary training should be provided to team members so as to motivate them to move forward.

The first step that might have to be made in order to cope with the emerging healthcare issues is to invest in a more or less generalized solution that supports the change and offers a voice to every third-party organization, patient, stakeholder, or employee. A joint effort is required if healthcare organizations are willing to customize the process of care delivery and improve patient safety at the same time (Palanica & Fossat, 2020). The increasing pace of change across the healthcare industry proves that many actors still lack awareness and choose to side with legacy programs instead of testing new opportunities. This is one of the core reasons why modern healthcare is a powerful force that consists of a large number of secondary characteristics such as support, empowerment, monetary investments, and patient and employee feedback.
