It also proposes some recommendations that the building might take to enhance its energy performance sustainability and how it can achieve high points with LEED based on its HVAC strategy.

The bank of America is used as a mixed building with both office and retail tenants. The mixed-use formula entails a building combining two or more uses into one structure, including residential, parking, or retail.
