History. The Ford Motor Company appeared in 1863 in Michigan and was founded by Henry Ford. His purpose was to produce safe cars that would be available for the buyers from the middle-class. His idea was to make transportation from one location to another comfortable and fast (Link, 2018). He was interested in technologies, and at the age of 12, he opened his first garage, where he experimented with diverse mechanism components (Link, 2018). Henry Ford died in 1947, but his company is still one of the leaders in the sphere of car technologies all over the world.

Mission. The main idea of Henry Ford was to make transportation fast and, at the same, safe.

Customers/Competition/Substitutes/Suppliers

Customers. The main customers for the Ford Company are the representatives of the middle-class who prefer to use cars for many years.

Competition. The competition level in this sphere is noticeably high: among the most significant rivals are Nissan, Renault, and Lifan.
