Your midterm will be based off the case study Barriers to Intercultural Communication – A Case Study on IKEA Japan. Pages 18-34 will have the most valuable information for you. What is one way you can become better at understanding/communicating with other cultures? (10 points)
What is the benefit of understanding intercultural communication both in this case and in general? (10 points)
