7. Dextrose 50% Syringe (12.5–25g)
* Purpose: Treatment for hypoglycemia (low blood sugar).
* Route: IV PRN, when blood sugar is less than 50 mg/dL.
8. Dextrose 15g/32 mL gel
* Purpose: Oral treatment for hypoglycemia (low blood sugar).
* Route: Oral, PRN, when blood sugar is less than 70 mg/dL.
9. Ferrous Sulfate (325 mg)
* Purpose: Iron replacement for anemia.
* Route: Oral, daily, 2 times with meals.
10. Finasteride (Proscar) 5 mg
* Purpose: Treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
* Route: Oral, nightly.
11. Fluconazole (Diflucan) 200 mg
* Purpose: Antifungal agent.
* Route: Oral, daily.
12. Glucagon Recombinant Injection (Glucagen)
* Purpose: Treatment for severe hypoglycemia.
* Route: IM (intramuscular) injection, PRN, when blood sugar is less than 70 mg/dL.
13. Hydralazine (Apresoline) 25 mg
* Purpose: Antihypertensive medication.
* Route: Oral, 2 times daily.
14. Insulin Lispro
* Purpose: Blood sugar control for diabetes.
* Route: Subcutaneous injection, sliding scale, 3 times daily.
15. Senna (Senokot) 8.6–50 mg
* Purpose: Laxative for constipation relief.
* Route: Oral, nightly.
16. Tamsulosin (Flomax) 0.4 mg capsule
* Purpose: Treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
