Choose one out of the two videos and write a dance critique based on what you have observed. When writing your critique take into consideration the movement style, the costumes, the lights and props. I have also included a few dance critique pointers (listed below) to assist with the assignment.

Do a little research to access historical information about the choreographer and the other works by that choreographer.
Analyze and begin writing the critique (based on movement, style, lights, props and music).
Identify the choreographer by name.
Discuss the choreography (Does the work contain a storyline/narrative? Or is it an abstract work?)
Comment on the music and identify the composer(s) and musician(s) when and if possible.
Evaluate the performance, including whether the dances were well rehearsed and/or well performed.
