For this last assignment,I want to touch on a seminal theory in psychology that has been used to explain behavior, emotions, and cognition in, and outside of work in Social Comparison Theory. Essentially, this theory explains why we compare ourselves to others, who we choose to compare ourselves to and when, and finally, the outcomes of comparing ourselves to others.
