My project goal is to construct a health plan emphasizing the need of stress management and physical activity through an educational powerpoint presentation to teach some of the youth at Salem Baptist Church. The presentation will contain educational videos, images, and demonstrations of specific exercises, as well as a pamphlet with relevant information and refreshments will be serve at the end of the presentation.
