Assignment 7.2: Submit the grant application
Take each piece of the grant application that you have completed for this course, revise as needed based on your own review question responses for each and integrate any instructor feedback.
Instructions:
Compile the application parts into one document that includes the following sections in this order:
Organizational Background
Proposal Summary
Problem Statement
Goals and Objectives
Strategies
Evaluation
Annual Budget with Justification (NOTE: You will NOT submit the month-to-month budget spreadsheet as that was just a worksheet from which you developed the Annual Budget and would be part of a budget monitoring plan
List of APA formatted references for any citations in the application materials. The heading for the References section should start on a new page, with References at the top, centered, in bold.
The sections are each a piece of the application that you have submitted previously and for which you have received instructor feedback. Using that feedback and your own self-assessments, make any final revisions to the document that combines each of the sections into one application and submit it for final grading. Ensure that the document is a coherent and cohesive combination of the various sections rather than simply the individual documents you have submitted for the course assignments “stuck together.” For example, make sure that the sub-headings are consistently formatted, that the font is consistent, margins also, etc. The pages should be connected, not as if they are each separate documents.
NOTE: You will need to convert the Annual Budget Spreadsheet to a word processing document so it can be integrated into your grant application combined document.
