Attached is the midterm self evaluation term that can be typed on and saved. I work with young kids and students with mental health and developing a plan of care for each individuals. I work alongside with the school district and my preceptor as we believe that mental health and achievement of learning goes hand-in-hand right now. My caseload is pretty heavy with me being the only intern, there’s a lot of students that need mental help on one care. Meeting with the students in a private setting in my office, I’m dealing with anxiety, depression, anger along with learning disabilities, but it is truly a blessing to work in this type of environment. To add a little more detail, I work with kids that are in a depressed neighborhood that I struggling with getting their basic needs met that goes to school every day.
