Directions In this journal, you will examine the impact of implicit bias when searching for research articles to support evidence-based practice. The aim is to explore how implicit bias might affect the selection of research articles, suggest strategies for bias reduction, and connect how bias can lead to inequity in research. Use at least two scholarly, current (published within the last five years) resources to provide evidence-based support for your work. Specifically, you must address the following criteria: -Implicit Bias: Discuss the impact that implicit bias could have in selecting research articles. -Strategies: Identify two strategies to reduce bias in the selection of research topics and studies. -Research Bias: Analyze the impact research bias has on the development of research studies and evidence-based recommendations. -Inequity in Research: Analyze how bias can lead to inequity in research. What to Submit Submit your completed journal. Your submission should be a 2- to 3-page Word document with a separate reference page. The reference page is not included in the page count.
