Part II: Communication Meetings — Project Closure and Lessons Learned
Based on the results of your project, you will use the Meeting Agenda template to create two meeting agendas. The first meeting agenda should focus on the process of project closure and approval of the final results. The second meeting agenda should highlight lessons learned, along with a completed Lessons Learned template that will be shared with the team.
In 3-4 paragraphs, using the Gantt chart, summarize your closeout process, evaluation, post mortem, etc. This summary should also include the lessons learned during the project implementation.
