Create, justify, teach and reflect upon a lesson that uses behavioral methodologies as studied in this class. There are 3 distinct components to this assignment.
1. Use the lesson plan template (provided) to develop a lesson plan that teaches a verbal operant or an equivalence-based concept using strategies presented in materials from this course.
2. Justify your methods and defend them from a behavioral standpoint. You should refer to the Dimensions of Applied Behavior Analysis and from your texts. This section should be 2 – 3 pages, double spaced with in-text citations.. See the rubric for specific expectations.
3. After the lesson was taught, reflect on what went well, what challenges were there, and what you would do differently, given another opportunity to teach that lesson. Share what you learned about teaching from a behavioral perspective from having developed and taught this lesson. This section should be 2-3 pages, double-spaced.
