This is my first year teaching.I teach Georgia Pre-K which is definitely a whole different world. Most of my 4 year olds are very advanced. They are also all 5 now so they are mature enough to understand more
Current Level of Achievement– I feel really great about where my students stand. Most of them are on a 1st grade level which is awesome. So I’m super excited about their growth going into kindergarten next school year.
Action Plan—
Differentiation strategies so that all students are able to master each target
Make sure learning targets are acceptable for 4 year olds
Meet with state representatives for approval of things that i can implement in my classroom that will benefit students
Go beyond the standard so that students are exposed to more than the basic standard goals.
Most of my students master the goal so I would adjust the goal so its more rigorous for them.
Barriers– Ga Pre-K has a lot of rules and guidelines that must be followed so somethings that i would like to implement in my lessons have to be follow those rules which are very limited
Support – support from Georgia state representative and my assistant teacher and my administrative team.
Achievement- observing students and seeing what they are capable of allows me to keep pushing them because they are able to understand the material given.I believe that repetitiveness really helps students so i will definitely keep implementing things in lessons.

Also google scholars is a helpful site to use and other Georgia Pre-k sites as long as the article is less than 10 years old.
