In the modern world, people are exposed to many addictive substances and activities that destroy the life of a person and their loved ones. Therefore, the social and financial contribution to the fight against addictions is essential. Currently, the organization holds annual events such as Recovery Month and participates in many companies with the state (Knopf, 2020). More than 23 million Americans struggling with addiction are under the patronage of Faces & Voices of Recovery (Faces & Voices of Recovery, 2022).

In todays world, anyone can access drugs and alcohol; that is why Faces & Voices of Recovery are trying to create a vast network and publicity to help all people, regardless of race, gender, income and age. However, statistics show that men aged 25 to 44, representatives of minorities, children of parents with addiction and people with a mental illness (Vaeth et al., 2017). It should be noted that recent years statistics related to the pandemics consequences show a rapid increase in alcohol dependence in women (Boschuetz et al., 2020). According to the study, people with fewer schooling years are more likely to engage in non-problematic heavy drinking and problem drinking (Liu et al., 2020). Individuals of lower socioeconomic status experience more severe consequences related to alcohol and drugs (Correa, 2020).

Faces & Voices of Recovery provide a wide variety of services for people suffering from addiction and maintaining sobriety. The Advocacy, Research and Innovation program discusses addiction issues at the state level, influences the development of new policies and creates recovery programs in conjunction with the state (Faces & Voices of Recovery, 2022). The Association of Recovery Community Organizations aims to build a network of support groups and medical organizations that provide expert care (Faces & Voices of Recovery, 2022).

The mission of the organization is to help people and communities influenced by drug and alcohol addiction. Its accomplishments include the organization becoming global; it takes part in yearly charity and policy-making campaigns. Faces & Voices of Recovery created separate institutions for research, training, providing help to people and communities, and creating digital instruments and networks. The organization is ruled by a Board of Directors, but regional offices are governed by local recovery communities. The purpose of the organization is to develop new approaches and policies for helping people and communities suffering from drug and alcohol addiction.

Faces & Voices of Recovery already has extensive resources and 140 active chapters across the country (Faces & Voices of Recovery, 2022). The staff of the organization is highly qualified and conducts research and training on the subject of drug and alcohol addiction. The organization raises funds for various general aid campaigns and narrowly focused projects.

The goal of the project to create telemedicine for people with alcohol and drug addiction coincides with the mission of Faces & Voices of Recovery. One of the most important aims for the organization is the development of new modern approaches to helping dependent people, regardless of their geographical location. Federal policy & advocacy priorities are shown in the graph, and one of the key ones is enacting legislation securing telehealth funding and eligibility for peer recovery support services.

Faces & Voices of Recovery successfully raises funds through donations on the organizations website. In addition, they hold charity evenings, marathons and a recovery month, combining educational goals with fundraising. The main campaign goals are fundraising to create a telemedicine platform, attracting volunteers, and increasing online donations. The annual giving required is $1.5 million. Major gifts are from direct donations, online donations and charity events. Planned Giving is $300  500 thousand per major activity. Special events within the campaign may include charity auctions and parties for key donors.

In-house network friends, families, and acquaintances of the board of directors, employees, and volunteers may be involved in Fundraising. Identifying new prospective donors can also be done through social media and fundraising events. Donor Cultivation through supporting communication, invitations to visit to showcase achievements, and carrying out private events. For Donor solicitation, it is necessary to ensure transparency, maintain accountability, build trust through demonstrating the achievements of the organization, and share the stories of those who have been helped.
