The stores have approximately 90000 square feet inside and 32000 square feet outside (Dianxin Ciano, 2023). These stores have a stock of electronic devices arranged for easy accessibility. Each store can carry an average of 50000 electronic devices (Dianxin Ciano, 2023). The devices can be ordered from manufacturers directly depending on the customers need.

Organizations Current Vision, Mission, Business Strategy, Supply Chain, and Total Management

Dianxin Ciano organization is a multi-functional business store having products such as electronics machines. The organizations stratagems are the Georgian and Zetech supply chain networks (Ivaturi & Bhagwatwar, 2020). The operation strategy of the company does not allow it to develop systematically due to limited supplies. The just-in-time philosophy is followed throughout the company so there are no delivery delays, overdue orders, or unnecessary waste. The company does not use the forecasting method and, accordingly, there is no need to implement it. The organization statistics technique is used to view how successful management is. It is organized in an effective way that allows you to show weak points in sales and strengthen them. The facility location in the company is arranged in a way that is convenient for visitors and employees. Arrangement of all tools and products in such a way that they are easy to find is a good time-saving concern. The functions of work design are combined with corporate ethics and the correct approach of managers. In the same way, Dianxin Ciano approaches project life cycle management as they are provided through competent planning and management.

Dianxin Cianos mission is to channel satisfactory services to customers. The managing team for the company works in many ways to surpass the required marketing level in the country (Islam &Huda, 2018). The organizations vision statement is to provide quality electronics for customers. Dianxin Cianos organization is based on six strategic core values that set the foundation of its functionality (Tidd & Bessant, 2020). The core values are the integrity of high level, quality relationships, home of sharing, entrepreneurial spirit, quality service to customers, and respect for all ages of the individual.

Tasks that do not align with the Operational Strategy and their Associated Weaknesses

The organization depends on the growth of its services. The services provided by the organization and the revenue to the ruling authority have kept the organization in place. The organization has developed due to an increase in demand. The three tasks that concern me in the organization are quality customer service, entrepreneurial spirit, and productivity. The main aim of the services is to bring the customers on board and not workers to look for them to come and buy their items. Employees are encouraged to expand their spheres of influence and make friendly contacts with different people to increase product awareness (Tidd & Bessant, 2020). Clients should be informed not about the companys presence anywhere but about the services it provides. Since Dianxin Ciano is one of the worlds largest electronic centers, it can cover large areas for trading. The companys stores cover 90,000 square feet inside and 32,000 square feet outside (Dianxin Ciano, 2023). This makes the organization scale and allows it to offer its customers a large selection of gadgets that may interest them. This means that any device that customers may need can be in stock almost anytime, simplifying its search and delivery.

In any organization, challenges are encountered. In my perspective, the weakness of this effort is an assessment of electronics in stores. This is a challenge to the customers needs though the organization does not consider it much (Yu et al., 2019). Employees must aim to meet and understand the customers needs. Consumers expect that on arrival at the stores, they will be served with quality services from the electronic stores practice to pick up their supplies. What worries me is that the company claims that customers can find first-class service in Dianxin Ciano stores, but the opposite is true in some cases.

The entrepreneurial spirit has been aimed by Dianxin Ciano organization is at the top most preferred electronic marketing. The organization has collaborated with other new companies, such as Power plant companies, to improve its foundation functionality (Tidd & Bessant, 2020). Though the company is new to the world market, the Dianxin Ciano organization has joined hands and seen its importance. They have taken the risk to do business with this new company which has boosted their electronic sales. The company overstays its payment deadlines and delays them, which I consider a weakness in the financial system.

Productivity is the primary field in which the organization tries to progress. The main aim is to reach the billions population in the entire world. The organization struggles with this by creating the best marketing and supply chain network. They use modern technology to improve their information system (Islam &Huda, 2018). They integrated their past system into the current system and set their flexibility to align it. Electronic products supplied by the organization are sometimes subjected to unconducive atmospheric conditions. It can be considered a weakness that the company does not take into account the consequences of its occurrence, which reduces its productivity level.

New Operations Strategy for Dianxin Ciano Organization Based on the Four Competitive Priorities

The companys operating strategy is not in line with modern trends. This happened because the organization does not have sufficient supply flexibility and does not provide quality service. The cons and weaknesses described in the previous sections should be eliminated by creating a new program. This is accomplished by providing customers with the best services at an attainable cost to retain their customers (Ivaturi & Bhagwatwar, 2020). Their products should be high quality and well arranged in stores for easy access to reduce time spent looking for products. The flexibility of the organization encourages the development of tomorrows foundation.

Three New Enablers Align with the Long-Term Plan of the Organization

The organization is in advance of its territories to utilize any opportunity available. They have incorporated online businesses that market their products well. The modern world is heading to online activities and business and should be considered. Organizations competing pre-eminences align well with their production policies that depict their infrastructure strategy (Islam & Huda, 2018). This supply chain method will encourage a combination of electronic products with online trading.

The company has a record in recognition of customers needs for electronic products. Dianxin Ciano organization has restructured electronics stores and supply chains (Islam &Huda, 2018). The reformation includes setting up modern electronic shops and stores which can easily be accessed. Segment one was to modernize orders given in stores to current technology. To meet the aim, the organizations management committee should clearly audit how electronic devices arrive at the storage point (Dianxin Ciano, 2023). Segment two, the organization builds many stores around the globe, improving the availability of the products. In segment three, the organization went into Stocking Distribution Centers, which increased the efficacy of wholesale distribution centers. To meet the long-term objective of their segments, the organization has provided logical features to its system.

Inventory visibility is a tool that provides the customer with knowledge of the items in store at their residence. This is a crucial aspect to customers as it provides a background of the item (Islam &Huda, 2018). The pro to this is there is no time wasted as customers travel far to inquire about the cost of the devices. The con to this is that when the demand increases beyond the number of devices present, customers may view the stocks as an online scam. This weakens the morale of customers to make orders in the store and may chase many customers.

Predictive customer analytics is the ability to project the future of supply based on data from customers demand and purchase trends. The pros to this are that it can be developed direct customer demand. The con to this is obtaining erroneous data that predicts the wrong future demand. A fulfillment strategy should be well established to attain modern demand. The pro is that it utilizes electronic store locations as centers for distribution hence delivering goods on time to customers (Tidd & Bessant, 2020). A con is that items are not supplied to customers on time due to many document verifications.

Conclusion

In conclusion, organization progress is the term for managing committees and stakeholders. Strategies set when starting an organization should be met. The goals set should show the part followed to achieve them. Challenges may be encountered when providing service to customers. Challenges should be the stepping stone to the success of the organization. Core values drive the organization to success. Employees should have core values to meet the demands of the organization.
